Today is gonna be 3 posts…. Had a couple of true Route 66 experiences that deserve their own call out. The first is we stopped at Munger Moss Hotel in Lebanon MO.
Sadly it had an unsure future and closed briefly when the previous owner passed away. A very close friend of hers has taken over. It has a great gift shop, and monthly room rentals.
They are also having a contest to enter vehicle pictures in front of their sign to be used on their post cards. I think he said they will do a total of 4…
But, we were the first customers of the day so Jess Mcentire (the new owner) asked to sing us a song….
We a great way to kick off the day! Today was a long day of playing catch up to get back on our reservation track. More in the other posts
