Shelle and I met in 1990-1 in Parker Co in high school. I was the goofy kid who was interested in her but never had the guts to say it. She moved away after graduation (she was a class ahead of me) So, we never dated, and I assumed she would always be the one who got away.
Some years later, we reconnected online via Facebook, and on and off over several years we would talk in spurts, and I told her I always liked her, but I don’t think she knew how much….
Finally in 2021 a friend of our had a “BBQ” get together as a reunion of sorts. As soon as I saw and spoke to Shelle I quickly realized the feelings were still there…
